• Financial Update
  • Going forward financial update should have a separate operation expenses vs masjid construction line item on the report @Saqib 
  • Add boxes for Zakat, Sadaqah during Jummah @Basha 
  • Comms on Zakat to community. Zakat Committee to decide on a threshold and whenever funds go below, we communicate. @Tariq
• Unity Center Update
  • Agreement is being drafted currently
  • Contract renewal Nov 2026
• Masjid Progress
  • Sub-division recording – Bond sent, did not get accepted as we had outstanding Property tax now available to be paid. MHMA paid the taxes for 2027/27 year.
  • The property tax paid out would be prorated between QV & MHMA
  • In the next 1-2 wks the application package gets submitted to the city – This is only planning department. They determine what we lan to build here fits in the overall city’s plan or city’s high-level requirements
• YE + Bay Area Fundraising Plan
  • • Current plan 12/4 – Will do it after Jummah
    • No Bay Area FR this year
    • “Welcome Ramadan” gifts for Shayukhs
