Community Guidelines: The Board reviewed standard non-profit and Church compliance guidelines to keep our facility and official communication channels focused strictly on community services, faith, and unity. Promotional and political materials remain prohibited on grounds/property/assets.

Safety & Protection: Initial exploratory discussions were held regarding standard organizational insurance to ensure our programs, facilities, and youth activities remain fully protected.
