The MHMA board meeting was held on 29-Mar-26. The following meeting minutes were recorded:

1. Governance & Compliance

• Organizational Framework: The Board maintains a proper legal relationship between MHMA and Siraj Center entities to ensure a unified mission.

• Administrative Oversight:  State filings to ensure full transparency and compliance.

• Bylaw Updates: Work is underway with legal counsel to update the Siraj Center bylaws

2. Facility & Construction Planning

• Technical Reviews: The Board is finalizing a comprehensive project package that includes architecture, civil engineering, and utilities.

• Surveying: We are currently awaiting final survey data to move forward with the next phase of property development.

• Land Use: Efforts are focused on maximizing the usability of the current land for community needs.
