The MHMA board meeting was held on26-Oct-25. The following meeting minutes were recorded:

MINUTES

1. Discussed IRS letter regarding past 3 years tax filing.
2. General body meeting to be held on 11/15 at UC – timing to be finalized based on availability.
3. Temporary road to access UC parking has been completed by Lennar.
4. Application for property tax exemption is pending with the county. Hope to hear back in the next 4 weeks.
5. UC land subdivision is under final stages of approval. No public hearing will be done by the city.
