The MHMA board meeting was held on26-Apr-25. The following meeting minutes were recorded:

MINUTES

1. Currently qarz-e-hasna is $762,000 out of which $300,000 needs to be returned in the next couple of weeks.
2. Ramadan Fundraising update
   • 747,230 were pledged
   • $211,081 received so far
   • 210 donors
   • 28% conversion rate
3. Masjid Construction update
   • Land subdivision application has been submitted. City has cashed the check.
   • Asad Jafri will follow up with the city in the next week.
   • Also planning to meet with Br. Tauheed from Brentwood masjid regarding the next steps
   • Building design packet also needs to be submitted. The goal is to be ready for submission in the next 3 months.
4. Property tax refund
   • $18,431 was paid in December. $43,736 was paid on 4/23
   • Umar Sear is working with the county to get the tax waived owing to non profit / religious organization status.
5. MHMA General Body meeting
   • Planned for the last week of May.
