• UC Pest Control & Next Steps
  • 4 quotes presented to board
  • We should check with City if they can pay for it for UC @Umar bhai can check
  • Finalize Altura and schedule first service
• Facilities Lead update
  • Shabbir confirmed that he will be taking up the facilities lead role. He will put a team together
• Construction Update
  • Meetings with Eva/Tawheed and also had meeting with Asim.
  • Eva is suggesting relocating bathrooms and kitchen in the middle. They came back with proposals and changes. Asim is adjusting the plan and also discussing with Eva. Bathrooms on the sides would cost less vs in the middle. This means we will have to relocate the special needs room
  • We will update phases to first start with front of the building(prayer hall, bathrooms, first basketball court), Phase 2 (Second basketball court, kitchen) and then third phase (Courtyard etc)
  • Sub-division – we are waiting for public hearing in July. City will be scheduling the MHMA topic at this meeting. Umar bhai will be following up
