The MHMA board of directors meeting was held on18-May-26. The following meeting minutes were recorded:

• Eid Planning and Status on actions
  • Asad S: a complete project plan and playbook has been created. Asad is overall leading Eid event
  • Waqas bhai will start reserving the activities for Eid.
  • Asad S completed reservations for Facepainting and Magic show
  • Waqas bhai is placing order for Sails
  • We will clean up the ladies exit to step out to the turf area
  • Supplies:
    1. Volunteers help needed after we finalize the supplies list
  • Umar bhai talked to Andy Su, he is available on Wednesday 27^th.
    1. Invite them at Unity Center
    2. At 8:15am Umar bhai to kick off with them and community, then, we Have Andy Su do a speech
  • We will serve food after Andy gives his speech
  • Umar bhai is also following up with other City Council members to join for eid

• Communication on logistics – parking space; directions to community – Asad S

• Private Security for large events/Jumma
  • Proposal for private security from Asad S agreed by BODs and decision is to reach out to private security for Eid. 3-4 people. We will finalize based on estimates – Action: Asad S
• ⁠MHMA Business Membership proposal
  • Asad S walked through proposal for MHMA Business membership, tiers, costs, MHMA member benefits and received feedback from BODs
• ⁠BOD weekly meeting – discuss options on day/time change
  • agreed to conduct this on Fridays after Jumma based on availability
