The MHMA board meeting was held on 26-Jun-26. The following meeting minutes were recorded:

MINUTES

• Tax Reinstatement (Form 1023): Form 1023 has been officially filed with the IRS following a final consultation with our attorney. We are currently awaiting the official IRS response.

• Tax Oversight: The Board is actively coordinating with the Board of Directors (BOD) to ensure all ongoing tax filings and compliance matters remain up to date.

• Construction Update: The construction update report was postponed due to an unexpected emergency and will be presented at the next meeting.
