The MHMA board meeting was held on 16-Dec-25. The following meeting minutes were recorded:

MINUTES

• Getting input from scholars, community members , leaders and discussed defining a shared long-term vision for the organization.

• Efforts  to document active use of the property.

• Ongoing review and clarification of bylaws.

• Improvement to the financial structures discussion in compliance with Local, State and Fed rules and laws

• Discussed various feedback from community members regarding Jumma timing, etc. 

• Discussion about a plan to encourage earlier Jumma prayer attendance.

• Explored options and processes to ensure cost effective operations. 

• Masjid construction updates.

• Fundraising ideas were reviewed and compiled into a working strategy.
