The Board of Trustees met to discuss the year end fundraising event, including logistics, advertising, speakers, and organizational readiness. The BOT reviewed questions related to tax status, donation handling, and compliance to ensure the community is served responsibly.

Broader topics such as other community needs and future construction planning were also discussed.

The BOT will continue coordinating details to support a smooth and compliant fundraising effort.
