  • 9-12 month to get to city/county approvals on our Plan. Within 6 months of progress, we will have a clear idea if we are hitting the 9-12month timeline for approvals
    • We should have $1.5M in the bank to be comfortable

• Heaters: Umar bhai has this covered. Back up – home depot
• Lights: Flood lights are here. Lights will be installed in the coming weeks
• Setup: Inside women setup as previous years and Men Seniors inside by the entrance. Men setup is outside under the tents. Same setup as last year. No table/chairs @Asad S leading 
• Food and Distribution – Setup meeting today with Ilyas bhai.

Taraweeh

• Sr Musarrat is leading and agreed.
• Get Al-Hayy families involved for praying

2. Sr Sadia to coordinate with Sr Musarrat to arrange for additional help all through the Ramadan
