The MHMA board meeting was held on24-Aug-25. The following meeting minutes were recorded:

MINUTES

• Property tax non-profit reduced rate application still pending with the county. All relevant forms have been submitted.
• MHMA and the investor group are meeting this week to respond to city’s queries on the land subdivision.
• A few new members have joined MHMA. Need to continuously remind people to join to enable the level activities being undertaken.
• MHMA postal mailbox has been setup in the town center. The official address is 250 E. Main St., MH.
• Discussion regarding the ownership and response time of the community member’s email to the board.
  • if the email/proposal can be discussed offline, then respond with a week
  • else, review in the next board meeting and respond accordingly
• Discussion regarding fund raising by outside organizations.
  • a formal process to review and permit fundraising is being developed
• Criteria to join MHMA committees
  • the board nominates a board member to lead a committee
  • the lead seeks committee members from the community and decides on who can join the committee
  • the board oversees the committee and its performance
