The MHMA board meeting was held on22-Jun-25. The following meeting minutes were recorded:

• Property tax exemption
  • Umar has filled the form and is checking with the county if any further details are needed.
• Construction update
  • County has responded with some comments and drawing suggestions.
  • Asad J to review with Br. Tauheed to go over the comments and respond based on his feedback
  • Asim Khan is working on revised parking plan
• MHMA Membership
  • Members only whatsapp group has been created
  • Ansar program flyer is being finalized. This is for non-members to join and become an Ansar
• Update MHMA official mailing address
  • Umar and Saqib are working with the Annex to activate the mailbox outside the UC
• MHMA Election – EC formation, open positions, dates
  • Saqib is leading the effort to create the EC and will post message on forum
• UC rental reimbursement
  • No payment received from MH city since Aug 2024. Umar is meeting with Sarah (financial controller) on Thursday. $8000 per quarter is average.
