LIABILITY WAIVER

I, the undersigned parent/guardian of  the participant, understand that participation in the MHMA Lego Competition involves certain risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury from handling small parts and being in a public or semi-public event space.

In consideration for being allowed to participate, I voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to waive, release, and discharge the organizers, volunteers, and MHMA (Mountain House Muslim Association), from any and all liability for injury, illness, or property damage occurring during or as a result of participation in this event.

PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE
I grant permission to MHMA and its representatives to take photographs and/or video recordings of me/my child during the MHMA Lego Competition. I agree that these images and videos may be used for promotional, educational, or informational purposes in print, online, or in other media without compensation.

I understand that MHMA will not identify participants by full name in public materials without additional consent.

I understand that the registration fee goes toward the purchase of material and organization of the event and is non-refundable.
